Then you pick a city from the list, or you allow location. Location stores a point so distance can be calculated. That point is not printed on the card. People see a city and a distance. A city name that is not on the list is refused, so distance is not calculated from a made-up place.

Chat does not exist before both people have liked. There is no box for a message to a stranger. The first message is text. A photo or a voice note waits until they reply. A voice note stops at three minutes.

You can turn the profile off and leave the deck without deleting anything. Deleting the account from settings asks for a reason. If you pick “other”, you have to write it, up to 500 characters. The profile, the likes, and the chats are removed and do not come back.

A new account has 5 credits. That is a start, not an unlimited evening. Likes, messages, super likes, Spotlight, and revealing who liked you spend credits. The button inside the app shows the number, which is why this page does not freeze a price table. Optional plans exist. The payment screen shows the price. If a payment is not confirmed, nothing is added.
